Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I’m glad you’re here.

I offer individual psychotherapy for teens (13+) and adults experiencing anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, attachment wounds, life transitions, burnout, and challenges with boundaries or communication.

Appointments are available virtually across Ontario and in-person in Markham and Mississauga. New clients are encouraged to book a free 20-minute consultation before scheduling their first session.

I provide psychotherapy for youth and adults (13+) experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, self-esteem challenges, grief, ADHD/ASD-related concerns, relationship boundaries, and performance anxiety in sports or academics.

I hold a BA in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Philosophy from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College, and an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University with a focus on supporting post-secondary students and athletes.

Outside of work, I enjoy gaming (Hogwarts Legacy, Stardew Valley, Black Ops 6, Fortnite), watching K-dramas and anime, staying active, and spending time with my dogs and friends.
